1. Cancellations and Refunds.

1.1. Cancellation by Customer:
If you need to cancel your reservation for a tour, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible.
Cancellations are subject to the following terms:
Cancellations made 24hours or more before the tour or activity date will receive a full refund.
No refunds will be provided for cancellations made 24hrs or less before the tour date or for no-shows.

1.2. Cancellation by Paradise Travellers:
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered the option
to reschedule or receive a full refund.

2. Changes to Tour Itinerary

2.1. By Customer Request:
Requests to change tour dates or itineraries must be submitted 2 days prior to the original tour date. We will make
every effort to accommodate your request based on availability. Additional charges may apply for changes.

2.2. By Paradise Travellers:
While we strive to deliver the tours as planned, there may be instances where we need to make changes to the
itinerary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or safety concerns. In such cases, we will
make alternative arrangements and notify you of any changes.

3. Booking Modifications and Refunds

3.1. Modifications:
Modifications to your booking, such as adding participants or changing tour options, can be requested 2 days before
the tour date. Additional charges or refunds may apply based on the changes made.

3.2. Refunds for Unused Services:
No refunds will be provided for unused portions of a tour once the tour has commenced.

4. Refund Process

4.1. Refund Timeline:
Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days from the date of your cancellation request.

4.2. Refund Method:
Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment used for the original booking.
